WSI Technologies was acquired by a private investment group in February, 2020. Our new ownership team is experienced in developing and building high growth, innovative companies—which brings on a whole new era for WSI. Our founding family continues to maintain an active management and ownership position in WSI, and we’ve been able to leverage this experience with increased financial and talent resources and industry partnerships. The culture of our company’s beginnings will never go away. But now our impact is extending to a wider client base with additional products and solutions—all carefully developed with our ever-expanding industry collaborations.
