Jim Hansen

President & CEO

Jim has been with WSI Technologies since 2015 and worked his way from inside sales to President & CEO. Jim is heavily involved in the 911 Community and is a member of several state APCO/NENA Chapters as well as serving on the APCO International Commercial Advisory Council. He works primarily with clients in the Midwest, and since he comes from a family of public safety officers, he believes in providing unparalleled service and support to those who serve and protect us and our communities. Jim lives in Indiana with his wife and two sons and enjoys family travels and coaching his son’s hockey teams.

JP Cline

Chief Financial Officer

JP Cline is a seasoned finance and administration professional with a proven track record in financial leadership and operational excellence. His career began in facility management, where he took ownership of financial operations, setting the foundation for his expertise in strategic oversight. JP serves as the financial leader for WSI Technologies, where he oversees all financial operations, ensuring fiscal health, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Mike Barretto

Vice President, Sales

Mike has been with WSI Technologies since 2007 and opened our WSI Technologies Southeast branch office in July of 2008. Mike has advanced rapidly through the organization through Sales Management and ultimately our Vice President of Sales. Mike continues to work with many of our large clients while managing several members of our sales and sales support team. As an industry veteran, he enjoys working on complicated projects and developing relationships. He works closely with several strategic partners and believes that the customer always comes first. Successful deployments and long-term relationships with our clients are his passion. Mike lives in Florida with his wife, son, and daughter and enjoys boating, fishing, and the sterling Tampa area professional sports teams.

Adam Schultheis

Vice President, Technology and Operations

Adam Schultheis is responsible for iRecord Product Management, Business IT Operations, Solutions engineering, and all other technical operations  at WSI Technologies. With a strong background in product, support, and service operations, he drives innovation, process optimization, and modernization efforts to enhance WSI Technologies’ impact and efficiency.

Ryan Vogt

Director of Business Development

Ryan Vogt has been an integral part of the WSI Technologies team since 2006. As the Director of Business Development for iRecord, Ryan shapes our sales and marketing strategies, driving growth and fostering client relationships. Ryan excels in managing our partner channel network and cultivating strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless technology integrations and complementary solutions. He leads our engagements with federal and Department of Defense (DOD) clients, as well as our international clients and partners. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, doing yardwork, and boating and fishing adventures. His commitment to excellence and passion for building meaningful connections are evident in all aspects of his work and personal life.
